Eligibility Requirements**

• Own one or more properties worth a total of at least 2 Million Dirhams — As a proof of the ownership, a letter must be obtained from the land department of the relevant Emirate.
• At least 6 months of remaining validity on the passport.

• Title Deed with the property value
• Passport copy
• Digital photograph
• Health insurance policy
• Home-country national ID — May be required for countries like Iraq and Afghanistan
• Copy of an old Emirates ID — If applicable
• Statement of account from the developer — If property is developer-mortgaged
• MOFA attested marriage certificate with Arabic translation — Applicable for properties jointly owned by couples
• No Objection Certificate from the bank mentioning the paid and outstanding amount — Required for bank-mortgaged properties

Eligibility Requirements**

Your business project must showcase a technical or futuristic nature, and this must be verified by the relevant authorities in your Emirate. Moreover, the value of your venture must be at least AED 5,00,000.

An approval letter must be sought from each of the following:

• An auditor stating that the business is worth at least AED 500,000
• The relevant authorities conforming to the technical or futuristic nature of the business
• A recognized business incubator to set up the business activity in the Emirate

• A designation of a General Manager, Director, CEO, or other senior-level position
